Hello im having problems with my mouse in gta iv. once the game load up i cant use my mouse in game. which means i cant aim or make any arrests. if anyone know how to fix this i will be thankful if someone can help me. thanks!!

Can you please provide more information? Legal copy of the game? Specs? Latest patch? Which mods are you using? Running as administrator? 

yes i have legal copy of gta iv and i have lcpdfr and els v8 and police helper vdh.

Can you please try without any mods but LCPDFR? 

Try checking your mouse sensitivity in the GTA settings. There was a known bug that 0.95 sometimes changed the mouse sensitivity when installed to a certain level, thus producing the symptoms you are describing.

 

I am unsure if this was resolved in 1.0, however it's worth a quick check anyway.

Do you happen to own Watch_Dogs by any chance?

yes i owned watch dogs

Try forcing an update or verifying the game cache. I had the exact same issue but I fixed it by updating Watch_Dogs. Give it a shot and see if it works. 

Thanks for all the support and help but ive fix the problem i had to go to the main directory and right click on the luanch.exe and change the compalbality then restart my pc.
