I got a "similiar" problem.
When my GTA4 was on patch 1040 and I used ELS V6 everything worked fine.
After I upgraded it to patch 1070 to see the new ELS V8 in action my ELS doesnt work!
I installed all the files that came with in the ELS V8 pack.
My ingametrainer and firstpersoncamera runs with no problems.
Only ELS V8 doesnt work.. Anyone got an idea?

None of the logs show any reason why the game is crashing, so it's probably the game itself faulting. This might be due to lack of resources (your hardware is a little outdated) but can also always be just due to bad optimization of IV. As for error C000005 you mentioned in the title, that's the most generic error an application on windows can provide: An attempt to read or write memory failed. It's not an AdvancedHook issue or anything because it might appear in its logfile, it just logs down all game errors. So all I can suggest is lowering settings/uinstalling mods and/or upgrading hardware.

Yes, it does.  However, each time my game crashes, I discovered the "Faulting module" is different.  Sometimes it is ELS.asi, sometimes it is GTA.exe, and today I saw for the first time User32.dll.  I am guessing this is the game running out of RAM and when a file loads without room, the game crashes.
