I want to enable ELS 8 on civilian vehicles such as the taxi or Sultan RS for the purpose of using blackout mode but the extras such as spoilers or the taxi sign vanish once I get into the vehicle and if I press J three times they flash, is it possible to get ELS 8 to do nothing but the blackout mode? If so, can someone whip up a config for me?

I don't think it's possible, unless you modify the ELS.ini file, but then it will work on every vehicle.

The SNT has an option to turn off the lights, & if you doing this in MP you can just turn the vehicle off.
