So far he is the 48th officer who died in the line of duty. This year has not been a good year for law enforcement. with a 7% increase in officers who die in the line of duty. I think we should remember them all for what they did to keep us safe.  RIP Trooper Skinner.

This guy was in a barrack that was only a couple hours away from me,  the asshole that did it will pay. RIP Trooper Skinner.

The sad thing is, when reading more into this later, the driver is being chargerd with manslaughter because he hit the trooper on purpose.
