Please post clean fresh logs as I can see you had 0.95 and then 1.0b and it would just help me if you maybe delete the logs go into the game try causing the issue that is crashing your game and then post the clean logs and also please if you don't mind please also post scripthook.log scripthookdotnet.log advancedhookinit.log minidump.dmp(if you have it)

as I need all of the logs listed plus what you already posted(hopefully created fresh so I don't have to go through the whole log to find out what is causing your issue)

and once you do that please post your fresh logs, and also your advancedhook.log error is caused by dep and advancedhookinit.asi(if you have it) trying to access dep protected memory space and it terminates gta iv because it is accessing dep(data execution prevention) protected memory space, which I recommend going into your bios disabling nx(no execute) or whatever it is called but should be similar and disable that option then go back into windows check to make sure dep is disabled and once you do that try your game again with dep hopefully disabled in bios and that should fix your crash as it relates directly to dep protected memory space(you know gta iv or advancedhookinit.asi accessing memory space protected by dep).
