    go to where lcpdfr is installed then find the unins.exe or whatever it is called there, and click it. let it uninstall. then there!

  5. how do i radio in ALPR cars?

    i tried to with ALT+E on the license plate, but to no avail. the driver was arrested, and it also wouldnt work on stationary vehicles that were flagged.
