you cant fit new graphics cards into a laptop

If the laptop does not have a graphics card to begin with, then you cannot put a graphics card in it. There is simply no where to put it.

As said before, you cannot solder in a new graphics card into a laptop. I'm assuming you want a computer that can handle GTA IV; you will need to buy a new laptop, or use a capable desktop.
