The name is "rom.wft" of the car, but for the ELS config, you should just use "rom" and;

I put a firetruck in place of the towtruck. It has a working siren and lights, unfortunately however it has the normal car radio.

I only play in MP, and from my experience sirens do not work with non Fire/EMS/Police vehicle slots.
