    This just in,

     

    In a study funded by LuxCorp, police departments across the world have found major savings after converting their vehicle fleets to the new 'ELS' system. In addition they have also reduced maintenance costs following pursuits because of the protective effects of 'ELS'. The CEO of LuxCorp Lt.Caine has not responded to our questions at time of broadcast.
