Well, i have recently removed my modded GTA IV and replaced it with my backup files, but now it crashes at start. Here is the answer  from windows,

shit. I *might* have done that. I guess i'll have to wait another day then.

LOL! For once you were wrong. I just ran the patch again, and now it's working. No need for re install!

Oh, god. You said, i'd have to re install it, but i didn't have to, yes, i messed up, but i didn't have to re install my game. So... We both... Was kinda wrong. (sorry)
