Either don't put them in the fat cop slot, or you'll have to use Simple Native Trainer every time you start the game to change your walk style.

Idk what girl cops your using, but the one I downloaded on lcpdfr adds the girl cops to the game. So in open Iv instead of replacing fat cops you add them instead and then add pedvariation and all that stuff. But I don't know what models you're using

The one's by Sam right? I think in the read me it gave an example for the ped files, so the girl cops replace the fat cops and walk like normal cops.

so go into the peds.ide in the common/data in your gta and replace the fat cops line with this:
Replacing M_M_FatCop_01:
M_M_FatCop_01, null, COP, move_cop, GESTURES@FEMALE, GESTURES@F_PHONE, FACIALS@F_LO, visemes@f_lo, 0, move_cop, null, -1,-1, PED_TYPE_PLAYER, VOICE_PLY_CR,   VOICE_PLY_CR

idk how to mess with the other ped files
