I can confirm, his ENB is the problem for the glare, at least on peds with the specular map done correctly. Here's a couple shots of the SAHP on my game, running CryENB

Can you show me some pics as proof, because i need a beta tester who dosen't have enb or timecycle, pretty much no alterations to the game except the usual, cars, peds, els,etc.

Well guys, today is a good day. Progress is 85% complete. Here's what i'm releasing. The Sheriff model, Highway Trooper model, and the Police Model with the male and female cops. Each one has all meshes so you can switch between uniforms and heads. They will come with the hats, glasses, shades and helmets. It will also come with the nightstick that can be used as a weapon. I will also release in a second pack all of the emergency peds, such as fbi, firefighter,swat, and all others. These will be meshes and textures and all will be in png or dds format. The meshes will be in obj format that can be imported in 3ds max and zmodeler. You guys will be free to have a go at it and see what you can come up with. And as always proper credits to be given......So look for this from anywhere between tonight and monday morning.

I'm at work at the moment but can probably prove it later on around 2330-2345 EST time.

I'm not currently running ELS but I would be able to if needed. The only visual "mod" is the radiance mod included with ELS I hadn't removed when I took it out of my game.

I could do it i use no enb's or anything except for els once in a while.

That's highway patrol, sheriff has no black deputies.

I think that I've seen him before, it probably didn't spawn for you.

This glare is killing me guys.

They look like realistic and GTA V-ish. They ain't the short GTA IV COps, GTA V cops are tall!

There arent any actually black deputies. There are coast guards ped models that have an african-american variant that could be used for the deputy sheriff deputy model.

There are also pedestrians that cover the same proffesions as in IV, such as doctors in suits or scrubs and nurses that actually spawn outside the St. Fiacre's hospital.
