Hey guys, just wondering if there are any releases of any PA state police vehicles? (Charger, expedition, CVPI, torus)

Or if any of you could make a pack? Here are some pictures i managed to gather too :)

 

Anyone know of any PA state popo? Would be nice! :P

Yeah sorry, I looked on LCPDFR for some packs to make it easier but I could not find any. Good luck   

Go for it Newmillz! I would definately like a CVPI for police2 and Taurus for Noose :P Those are the 2 things i need to fill up.

The easiest thing to do is search for some cars that you like and are the type of car you are looking for; the Police Interceptor, CVPI etc. and download and import the textures into the .wtd files for the cars. It can be tedious, but it works. I have some links to some tutorials on how to do that if you don't know or aren't sure how to.

BTW- Are you from PA? Not many people seem to ask for PSP skins/cars unless they're from PA, myself included.

 

EDIT: As far as the models go, you should be able to use Cj24's CVPI and Charger, as well as his Interceptor. They aren't 100% accurate, but I have used them and they are about as close as I could find.

Installing cars and changing skins are really easy. I downloaded many Crown Victorias so I can help you to find something appropriate. :)

 

I used to use EVI's cars, because they were really cool, but there are a few of them. He created more cars, but it's impossible to find them. :(

For example of EVI's creativness :

 

- CVPI_RCMP_V.5.0 ( 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor "RCMP" )

- CVPI_VBPD_V.5.1 ( 2011 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor "Virginia Beach Police Department" )

 

They are not similar to your photos. I used to play with Pennslyvania State Police and use them.

They have got different lightbars, not like in your photos, but I tried to find the most similar model and I haven't found, so far. There are many cars which looks really cool. 

You need to increase PA number plates in EVI's model, because this model is a quite different than the rest ( larger a bit ), but if you're interested, write to me and I will tell you how do it, because it's easy.

I edited some skins to work better in EVI's models, but I'm not going to release them, beause I'm not the author of basic skins and I wouldn't like to have any problems.

 

I'm getting used to using Colorado State Patrol cvpi, so I've installed " 2010 New Jersey State Police Ford Crown Victoria " and have changed skin. I'm not from USA, but Colorado is my favorite state which I would like to visit in the future.

Yes, i am from PA, so thats kinda why i would like them :P

Also, i have SparkIV and i know how to install the cars, but i dont know how to change the textures (Dont have simple native trainer, being on laptop makes me not have the keys to change it, and when i changed the keys, it was difficult to understand)

I have tried installing Snoopy's textures, but when i hit "download" only the textures popped up, and i couldnt actually download them.

Also, i really dont care for the lightbars, as long as they are with ELS and have the textures and stuff, skins arent really needed, i could use the default skins :P

Textures for Taurus:

1) Click Download button

2) You'll have two files, download both.

3) After installing Taurus ( e.g. as Police2), choose on ' police2.wtd ', click on EDIT.

There should be many files, find 'police_sign_ [ here is number ] '. They can have different name, but you shouldn't have any problems to find them, just check all files and compare to texutres you downloaded.

If you find e.g. police_sign_1, click on it, use IMPORT TEXTURE, choose the skin you downloaded and do the same thing for police_sign_2 , -||- 3, -||- 4. If you do it, don't forget to click ' save and close ' and then ' Save'.

 

 

I don't use trainer mod too, but I use some other cool police mods. :)
