Do you think it'd work fine with my graphic card and ELS? Some graphic mods work bad when there're too many cars.

I'm just going to do this. The most important thing for me is finding some good working graphic mod and also good police scripts which would work fine with ELS, LCPD FR and the latest patch of GTA4. Other things like uniforms, cars aren't the problem.

Hello. I'm looking for some people who can help to find some good mods which will work fine on my computer. I used to play GTA4 with many mods ( graphic, sounds, weapons, police cars, uniforms, lcpdfr, etc. ) but a few months ago, my computer was deffinitly broken and I lost anything which was there. Now, I'd like to install this game, play as a cop but I don't have anything, that's why I would like to ask you, if you can help me by suggesting me which mods I should install. What's more, I don't want to install the mods which will make that I would have to re-install my game once again. I remember that I had a few weapons ( batton, glock, ACR and HK416 ), sounds for them, police siren sound and ford crown victoria engine sound, CVPI's handling, icehancer ( it was good but sometimes it was crashing my game and didn't want to work with ELS ), ELS, LCPDFR iinstalled and that's all I remember. I downloaded my Pennsylvania State Police pack so I've got PSP skins for DSF cars. It's the only one thing which was uploaded by me before my computer got crashed and I lost everything. I'd like to adjust the settings and mods to my computer's specification: Intel i5-2500 3.30-3.60 GHz ; Radeon HD 6790; Windows 8.1 64-bit

Well, in my opinion it's so interesting topic so may I write something about me and my thoughts as a person which is from other country and would like to live in the United States. I am 20 years old, I was born in Poland and I still live there. I would like to live in the USA because I just love this country. I've been there once and I was shocked when I saw how other country can be developed. Don't understand me wrong - my country isn't poor but comparing to USA it is. A few years ago I decided to choose the subject of my studies which allows me to live and work in other country. In this year, I began to study the physical therapy on one of the best Universities in Poland. In my opinion the subject I chose will probably give this possibility to live in the United States of America. In 5 years, I would like to graduate my studies and I'm going to go to USA to study there on PhD studies. I began to study English a lot to improve my language skills. My University also give me the possibility to help me in studying many English words related to physiotherapy which are using in USA especially. I've been preparing to pass TOEFL and GRE exams ( I'm going to write them in 4-5 years! )because they're my pass to your country. I know all rules of those exams and recrutations to US universities. I've been reading a lot about it. What's more, I've been training karate for 8 years and I'm going to gain the black belt in the same time I'll graduate my studies in Poland. I also take part in personal trainer course and if I pass it, I'll receive the authorization to do this. This document comes from USA. I don't want to be illegal immigrant or parasite from American taxes. As you can see, I've got a lot of work to do. I want to study in USA and live there but I think if I want to live there, I should give something to you. In my country we've got some problems with immigrants like other countries have got too. In my opinion everyone who wants to live in other country, should to something to be more valuable for citizens. That's my opnion about it.

DSF looks to be the most realistic. The main difference is the fact that many textures are for Bxbugs CVPI, like Delaware State Police. But some other were created for DSF like Vermont State Police. It's not easy to reedit skin from Bxbugs model into DSF. That's why I made my own Pennsylvania State Patrol pack for DSF especially.

Yes, I know it. I even was talking to Ridregunner but he wasn't able to help me. In readme file there's written CVPI-V4.2L by Lt. Caine but it seems not to be this model. I'm interested in that 3rd car which you can see in video which I added above. The model Mr.Quiggles showed me is not excatly that one because it has got transparent lightbar and I was looking for colorized lightbar like in the pictures.

Are you sure that's the same model?

So, for those who prefer DSF model. Check Spitfire7's cars. If you write 'El Segundo' in searching, you'll see his cars.

Do you know which model was created earlier?

They don't even look bad but I'm not sure if orange subtitles are the best choice for blue, etc. The latest version which could be seen on chargers looks better. That carbon hood especially.

Hey guys. I've got a question and a little poll for you. I'm sure you've noticed so far there are a few models of Ford Crown Victoria to GTA4. One of the most popular is CVPI created by Bxbugs123, the other one is created by DSF ( I'm not sure, sometimes I see Cj24 or someone else ). Which one do you prefer? I must admit the huge adventage of Bxbugs123`s model is the fact there are many skins but DSF model seems to be bigger and made better. What do you think?

Hello guys. I'm still looking for CVPI with rambar and lightbar which Delaware State Police use in their cars. The lightbar is red-blue when you see it at back ( one half is red, one half is blue ), they don't use transparent lightbars. I bet I saw it once but I've been trying to find it for a few days and still nothing. May I show you a few pictures and videos from game and real life.

Ridgerunner, I know it's hard to find some interesting videos or pictures but if I find something, I'll write to you. Have you made cars for GTA 4 yet, or not? If we're talking about CSP - there's a problem to find something interesting. There are no videos on you tube or somewhere else. I suggest you to like the official page of Colorado State Patrol which you can find on facebook. There are some pictures and they even begin to upload some short videos. Anyway, I noticed they're uploading informations only about new police cars, so about those which has got the new camo (black/grey with gold emblem on doors). I really like that old camo which could be seen in CSP CVPIs. Chargers, etc have got brand new camo.
