I like your video style! Also on behalf of the community I would like to welcome you! I'd definitely recommend checking out some mods for your game to make things a little for snazzy! You can find vehicle modifications here: http://www.lcpdfr.com/files/category/16-vehicle-models/

For most of those you will need a mod called ELS (Emergency Lighting System) Available Here: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

And if you don't know how to add these mods there are tons of tutorials around to show you.

Keep up the good work!

Hello Chekkerboyable,

Well it didn't work for me as well. I removed everything even (GTAIV and EFLS) but you don't have to do it, then I installed it manually

(just copy paste files to gta iv and efls folder) and then go to folder LCPDFR Install (ASI Loaders) and remove 1 item (dsound.dll if you don't want to play online and if you do leave it and remove another one. And yea find on forum netframework directx and other things you need and it will work 100%.

If you need more help feel free to send me inbox message and I will help you out. :)

Hey Nickey,

Thank you very much for this answer. But I'm german and I dont understand all.

First I download now the 1.0b Manual Install and Copy&Paste all in my GTA IV-->LCPD First Response folder. But then I found this .pdf:

http://dl-03.x4b.lcpdfr.com/downloads/cache/4607/LCPDFR%20Manual%20Install%20Guide.pdf?st=IRUDcSh95GR8bLVhoW-bMg&e=1395590244&p=1000&iehack=.ipb

I did my GTA IV folder now like in the pictures in the pdf, you can look on the 3 new screenshots.

But I have the same problem, I cant start LCPD:FR with ALT+P.

What must I do now? Must I only copy&paste that I have the files&folders like "LCPDFR Install (ASI Loaders)" or "en-US" folder... so that I have only the LCPDFR and LCPD First Response folder presentet in my GTA IV folder?

Sorry for my english :D

Thanks very much for helping me! :)

Hey,

Delete xlive.dll from 3rd screenshot in LCPDFR ASI LOADER folder...

Also check this out and install it http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679

Hope it helps :)

Well, you're not suppose to delete anything from LCPDFR 1.0...just install the new 1.0b on top with the auto installer.  That's probably your issue with the game not starting.

Go back and put all the LCPDFR 1.0 files back in, make sure the game works, then just install 1.0b.

Wish I could help with that.  I use xlive.dll, which means I never use or log into Windows Live and don't do online.   From what I remember though (been awhile since a clean install), I had a similar issue using Dsound.dll, so I popped in xlive and it worked fine. Make sure you only have one or the other installed, not both.

I also use the LaunchEFLC.exe and not the steam launcher...may make a difference as well.

Good luck!
