Hi, I am still new on the forums but I am not sure if this is the right place to post if it is incorrect please move it somewhere it is in the right place but it is LCPDFR and GTA IV related.

 

My question is does anyone know a good program to record with a good quality without that much lag so I can upload a video for my friend on youtube playing GTA LCPDFR?

Any suggestions? I've used "Fraps" before also but I think it wasn't a good quality.

Good software if you ask me!

Bandicam a lot of settings, well worth the buy what I do is record with Bandicam, if file is too big you can always compress it in WMM.

Bandicam and Fraps are going to be your best bet. They both have a user friendly interface.  Can't go wrong with either one really.

Well, i uses Bandicam, but there is a lot of other programs out there. And for your problem, google "change resolution in fraps" and then follow a few steps, done! 

FRAPS is pretty resource-hogging in my opinion. You're better off without it. 

Shadowplay.. Good quality, Nice program

You Can only use it if you have a GeForce Graphic Card though i think . Not sure :)

ShadowPlay only works on Nvidia GTX 650 cards and higher. 

 

Although a resource hogger, Fraps is one of the best recorders out there and the quality is near perfect. I'm not sure why yours isn't. If you have a fast hard drive though, I'd recommend Dxtory. 

Fraps will give you the best quailty. You call also try a program called OBS open broadcaster software. Its has streaming capabilities and can record video.

I tend to stick away from programs such as FRAPS and use a program called Dxtory, I have used both programs for a couple years now and find that Dxtory offers more.. With Dxtory you can separate the Game and Mic audio into separate tracks in order to remove any unwanted Background noise.

 

Dxtory also requires less resources on your PC which is Ideal if you have any high-end ENB's.
