I was wondering how to call in the names in 1b? Also, another question off topic... is there a was to raise the amounts of calls where you back up another officer on a traffic stop for the random events?

To call in names, check the ped's ID on foot, then, as if you were going to check his id again go into the "investigate" menu, and in red it should say "Call in ID" with F12 beside it.

You probably forgot to replace the language file inside the en-US folder with the new strings.

I cant instal lcpdf 1.0b and i cant anymore play GTA4 :| somone can help me?

Yeah, it happened me before

Download the manual install, install it to somewhere that isn't your GTA IV Directory, then take the file in "EN-US" folder, and put it in the "EN-US" folder in your GTA IV Root and when asked to replace, say yes.
