W.I.P Feedback?

Hey guys sorry I couldn't get in game pictures as I need to work out a RC20 but what do you think of it and should I release it?

(Lighting =Whelen Liberty, grill lights and wigwags (front, tail and reverse lights)

If I helped, I would appreciate you pressing the green arrow to the right of your screen!

There is no working out an RC20. Sorry to tell you this bud, but you're screwed. Try this - Take off all the parts you added to the CVPI model and extract the parts alone to a different folder. Get the model you started off with (without your modifications), and replace it this models folder. So now you have the original model, import all the parts you extracted back in, and hopefully it should work.

The materials on that vehicle is very messed up that is why you are getting that RC20. I would use the DSF Ford Crown Vic: that is lower poly and you won't have to do the materials because you might not know how.

You could not be more wrong, I would note that when you post something mention it's from your experiences as there is nothing to backup your statement.

If a vehicle RC20's, some people believe it could be poly size which is possible but the more than likely reason is your materials.

When exporting, if yellow triangles with an error line pop up in the error box noting an issue with a material, the car has a higher chance of RC20. You need to adjust the materials so they are setup properly for GTA and then export again until no errors come up.

After fixing that, export it unlocked and reimport it into zmodeler. Check if there are any materials with gta_default at the end and fix them to either delete and reassign the poly's attached to it or rename the material(mesh, interior etc).

After that, the vehicle should export without issue and work. Remember to keep your heirarchy as close to the original as possible. Attach things to the chassis and bodyshell etc.

If you are not familiar with materials, send me a PM and I can provide you a link to a tutorial that has GREAT information on what each material should be setup with.

Thanks for the RC20 help, any feedback on the vehicle itself?

Well, it did fix up an error for me. After reading your post, it probably wasn't an RC20 lol
