This is on Xbox 360.
I've been getting the "Online service is disabled on your account" error since October 1st, but after the newest update which included the Business DLC, I started getting a new error, this time it says "Snapmatic features are currently disabled on this account due to eligibility restrictions."
I'm not quite sure what this means, so I decided to post it here in case somebody has the same problem/somebody has a solution/a thing that I could try out to see if it works.

I've made a Rockstar Games Support Ticket, but it'll take them a long time before they reply to it, also made a GTAForums thread about the problem, no replies so far.

Here's a few things I've tried and some other info:
My DoB in Social Club is over 18,
I've set the Privacy settings in my Xbox to Adult, instead of Child/Teen/Custom,
I've reinstalled the game,
I've reinstalled the patches,
I've made a new Social Club account, and linked my current Xbox Live gamertag to that Social Club account and tried to make the Snapmatic work,
I've joined a new crew, and I set it as my active crew,
The Snapmatic was working from September 17th to October 1st

I take a picture with the Snapmatic and then press 'Upload to Gallery':

After I've pressed that I just get the error:
