Alright, so everything was fine for the first couple months of school. Then starting, maybe, during the end of 2 quarter, this kid starts yelling at me for taking up too much space. So the locker is maybe 1/2 a foot, maybe a foot wide, not much space. The kid on my right is totally fine, he is understanding and actually understands the fact that we are all shoving each other into a not-big-enough space for all of us to be comfortable. So, what does the annoying kid on my left do? Like I said, starts yelling, shoving, then proceeds to take up 2 or 3 lockers worth of space! What the heck, man?! I got so upset, but I haven't said anything "direct", but I have said some pretty "smart" jokes that the poor kid never understood. So after a couple more weeks, this...this kid tells me, "it's a joke, calm down,". I just, I couldn't. I could not take it. I literally laughed in his face and walked off to class. I hate this kid soooooo much, but have done my very, absolute best to keep control around him. I have said so many times to myself that this kid needs a punch in the face or something, he needs to get back into reality. I have defended my space, with some tactical moves, I guess, including shoving, using my backpack, etc. to keep the borderline between us.

We don't even use our lockers, we leave evey thing in our bags and go off to class.

Just ignore him, I have someone that's next to my locker and he's a douche and he smells bad, and he's always complaining about how there not enough room and that everybody in next to him is fat and such. I just ignore him.

Proceed with a periodical invasion of his locker with the excuse of protecting the democracy and local stability. At the same time, you should try getting some of the dirty business of this guy and threaten him with releasing them. This way, he won't dare to tell you to stop or ask for the help of other organisms, such as the principal or parents, so once you've conquested back the space this guy initially stole you, you can go ahead with your expansionist plans and get both lockers for you.

theninja35 you have your own locker? Because at My School We have our own locker and we dont get shoved around. This is my school.---> 

 

Now use a pretext that he has made offensive actions against your pencils that live in his space. Drop propaganda leaflets onto his space to convince his writing utensils to join you. After that locker INVADE the whole hallway and maybe even the school creating puppet lockers as you go to control the rogue pencil population .

I barely ever use it. But, to my left is this really nice girl who moves her locker door in when I walk by, but on my right is this tall, rude girl who is just as hypocritical as Ben. She's probably really nice, but from how she acts, I don't like her. Every time she walks in, she opens her locker and pushes mine back, throws her bag on the ground on my feet, does a nice stretch and leaves. Luckily, when I go to my locker, she is usually somewhere else now-a-days, so it's fine. But, don't worry about it, the lockers aren't a big deal anyways.

Any measure involving invasions, sabotage, or blackmailing, and I am saying this as a lawyer, - are considered as violations by Interlockeral Law and sanctions may be invoked by the Principal of School Justice. I suggest resolving the crisis in a peaceful way. Enter in an agreement with your loyal neighbor, create a defense alliance (Peaceful Locker Confederation, for example). I'd suggest to encourage other locker sovereigns to join this union. Hold a summit and adopt a resolution which will allow your Union to impose sanctions on your own on behalf of the civilized lockeral community. You might start with some economy related, it's a lot of fun.

Then when you gain enough power have him taken away as a "political" prisoner. That is what I did with my school and to this day i'm not aloud out of my house...
