So I was wondering, If I use ELS, can I use a non-els car in one of my FBI/NOOSE slots? If so, how do I activate the non-ELS lights?

    Yes, you need to go to your GTA IV main directory and select the ELS config file, find whatever Non ELS car you have ie. FBI, POLICE, POLICE2. And set els to OFF

    Why you want the els car for?

    Because I wanted to try this: '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>

     

    If ELS is disabled you just use the sirens as normal (g).
