Gun holding animations and voice commands

Featured Replies

I'd really appreciate if you guys could remove those stupid gun holding animations, as they constantly interfere with my shooting, and it also looks bad in my opinion. Whenever I try to shoot a suspect while aiming down my sights, my character's hands twitches randomly, usually right after the first shot, resulting in me missing my shot. If you don't want to remove this, then do make it optional to use it. I personally wouldn't use them if they worked properly either.

The other annoying things are the voice commands and the radio. The radio is just way too loud and it has these cracking noises making my ear bleed. Once again an option to disable that would be nice.

About the voice commands, I don't like how I have to mute my player so he doesn't use the megaphone speech to pull a suspect over. Police agencies usually just use their sirens on manual or the airhorn to pull people over for a traffic stop. Also if I'm using for example NYPD cars and my character says LCPD, that can mess things up. Once again I'd like to be able to disable this.

Right on bro! Your right! I hate those hand shaking i thought it was my game :/ lol :D and the radio chatter, there's a modification in the downloads to silent the radio chatter, if that's what you talking about!

Well what I did was just delete the random radio chats, because if I wanna listen to something like that I just use the real deal and find myself and LAPD / NYPD radio scanner, and listen to that from radioreference.com

But I was talking about every single voice chat, not just the random ones.

I think the radio thing is that it doesn't respect IV's volume settings, so high computer volume and low IV volume is ineffective; I remember asking LMS about it during testing, and I think he said there's no good way to detect and respect the GTA IV volume controls from a script. The better way to control volume is using Windows (click "Mixer" in the volume bar to control individual program volume), as LCPDFR does run within those constraints.
