ive been trying to help a new member via team viewer.  his game is stuck in the character loading screen. solutions ive tried already are :

 

deleted save game folder

 

installed a commandline text

 

ran game as admin.

 

installed microsoft network frame 3.5

 

installed 1.0.7.0. patch.

 

any other suggestions would be appreciated

Maybe he has a ENB. If I install a ENB it does the exact same thing.
