hey so i tried to install lspdfr for the first time in a long time, but my game keeps crashing about 5 seconds after my character loads.

here is the things i tried:
reinstalling lspdfr
verifying game files
removing mods / plugins
adding heap adjuster
adding the gta folder into windows security
disabling battleye
and a few other things i cant even remember

also i installed LA Roads and RCA, idk if that could be the problem

if anyone has a fix or something please help

Rename the mods folder to _mods and tell me if it works. If it does, it means one of the mods isn’t working, and you’ll need to uninstall them one by one to figure out exactly which one(s) are causing the issue.

It’s also good to have Gameconfig, Heap Adjuster, Packfile Adjuster and Resource Adjuster installed.

i tried renaming the mods folder and also i have all four of them installed but it still crashes :(

if it helps the game also crashes when i simply run gta from steam

Delete GTA5.exe from your Grand Theft Auto V folder and then verify the integrity of your game files.

Have you added an exception for your Grand Theft Auto V folder in Windows Defender (or whichever antivirus you use)? If not, please do so.

After that, reinstall LSPDFR manually.

Also, make sure the Grand Theft Auto V folder has all permissions enabled (Properties > Security).

Restart your computer and let me know if it works.

(If it still doesn't work, try removing LA Roads and RCA, then let me know if it's working).

I would suggest removing mods, or starting fresh if even your base game is not launching, before installing any more mods

i reinstalled the whole game, started installing mods one by one and i found which one was causing the problems, thank yall so much!
