I'm from NC and like many other states we have the Highway Patrol, who patrol the roads and interstates and they handle all the calls such as

 

-Car crashes (MVA)

-Broken down cars/diabled cars    (lots of broken down cars here in NC)

-Drunk Drivers-DWI-(Driving while impared) alcohol or narcotics

-Reckless Drivers

-search for hit and run drivers

-Car fires

-Amber alerts/silver alerts            state wide alert (amber) child missing/kidnapped and (silver) older person missing 

-Bank Robberies

-etc

 

Now if some was to make a new virsion on LCPDFR and rename it to LCHPFR (liberty City Highway Patrol First Responder) that would be cool or just make a script for it. then people could then choose to be a trooper and could play this and stick to more highway patrol things.

The Amber Alert, wouldn't work because there's no children in GTA IV. LOl :]

Well it also is given for missing adults and really tall older looking teens

Yeah Thank you just what I mean. and if someone could make this, that would be awsome. I could see different clans using it with a traffic enforcment team or a highway patrol clan or something.
