My game keeps crashes when it's 3 to 5mins into the game.  I keep getting Error 0x320 and Exception Code: c0000005

According to the LCPDFR log that particular error is an Authentication problem.

Now I don't know if this means that it doesn't like your copy of GTA IV or if it's just failing to connect to the server as I've never had that issue myself.

Did you use the automatic or manual installation of LCPDFR?

 

Have you tried using Ineseri's tips of running the game as an administrator and installed all the redistributables?

I only have the emergency vehicles and the emergency peds installed, the rest are the original.

I use the automatic the replace the files with manual and installed the hotfix

Yes I do run the game as admin and I have all of the following things installed

 

I have directx 11  

If it is the connection problem, then I should make it false instead of true......     (I do play offline allot)

Networking doesn't matter, authentication was only a requirement for the test builds.   

 

What are your system specs, what OS are you running, and what mods are you using exactly?  Have you tried it on a clean install?

Got it working years ago (2014) so I can't remember what or how I fixed it, sorry
