That tiller truck would be such a great addition! I do know that there is a private one out there somewhere. I would attempt at making in if I had the programs and the knowledge on how to!

Modders tend to stay far away from Google Sketchup because of how poor of quality the models are once they are made for GTA IV. Sorry, but I don't think it'll happen.

Modelers generally don't touch Sketchup models because it takes too much time to edit it so it can work for GTA 4.

 

It'll be quicker to make the model from scratch than edit a Sketchup model. I'm sorry i just don't see these models getting converted and put into game anytime soon, unless someone wants to create it from scratch

Wow! I'd really like that Annapolis Truck 36, really nice tiller I have to say. Kind of looks like a Honolulu Fire Dept's. Anyways, that T800 Rotator Wrecker reminded me of the LAFD's towtruck's, or heavy rescue.

Well, they can be put in GTA IV, however it goes faster to make them from scratch. If I knew how to create vehicles and not just textures, I'd be releasing so much fire trucks :P

well then the people that do know how to make them should make them and the people that did make them already should release them. That kinda makes me mad to an extent because if you make a spectacular model why not releases it and share it with everyone come on now.

It's possible to put them in GTA 4, you can covert it using a program. but they'll look horrible since sketchup models aren't detailed and are of a low quality. by the time you can detail it, fix it up, make it high quality.. someone might have already done one from scratch

Because they might had used some stuff which they didn't make, and the creator of those parts might not want to release it. If feel with y'all, but you have to respect that if you borrowed something for your model.

Some things were scratch made but most the models were bought in a 3d form and then converted into the game. In fact you can buy one of them from here and convert it for GTA

If the quality is already really bad in Sketchup, imagine it in GTA IV. 

Usually models over 200,000 polys cannot be converted to GTA IV as it would be so high poly ingame.
