Battlefield 2, still being active

Featured Replies

who here still plays BF2? Well I do

Battlefield two mightplayer is still very popular as it was when it was released back in 2006. and I do see 32 player maps full. there are people out there that find BF2 mightplayer better then BF3 and even BF4.. and allot of good players have customized there games by adding mods and stuff and turning there game back to front to side to each corner of their screens

I can't really play BF3 online as I have to download an very big update (9GB of an update DAMN) and so I play BF2 online and it's still fun as from today. thank-you for reading and this is an Battlefield 2 discussion thread, and now where you have been waiting to seems it just won't come (lol)  ..... Just enjoy the videos that I done up

A lot of people live in the past. BF2 isn't the only game with that sort of following. The people who stay behind either can't deal with the game mechanics being different (they have to learn something new) or have trash computers that can't handle higher end games.

To each their own. See you in BF4 if you end up playing it.

Or maybe titles as SWAT (3 & 4) or Rogue Spear (until Raven Shield) or Hitman (until Blood Money) or SimCity4 - just to name a few - are no more being produced.

Game industry, nowadays, generally runs after a casual/arcade/childish/(stupid?) audience... Smart, brilliant and difficult games are a distant memory.

Another game that still lives on despite being 10 YEARS OLD simcity 4!!! funny part thought i have to run the game in windows XP compatibility as windows 7 is too new for it lol

EDIT: sorry ^ didnt notice.

To be honest, I think Battlefield 2 will always be played like Team Fortress 2.

When i used to play it online.. it was fun and i didn't know what to expect.

If you want to me reply as soon as possible, then either quote or @CouthInk4  me as i'll be notified, a general reply will not notify me
