Adding non-els lights to a car

Featured Replies

Hello,

I got a car with 4 non-els lights. I replaced the noose cruiser with the car, but the polpatriot has 7 non-els lights. Is it possible to add 3 non-els lights to the modded car?

What programs do I need?

Correct me if I am wrong, but as far as I know, a car has a limit on the amount of lights possible to attach.

Yes, that's what I said. The car I use has only 4 lights but the orginal car has 7 lights and I want to add these 3 lights.

If the model is unlocked and you want to add three lights, then sure you could. But if the model isn't unlocked or you don't own Zmodeler, then you can't simply add more lights.

Yes, I got Zmodeler and an unlocked vehicle but I don't get how to add these lights because I am completely new to modelling.

There should be some nodes named something like siren1, and I believe you just need to create a new node and name it something like siren5 (assuming you already have 4). You can take a look at some unlocked non-els lightbars to see how exactly to set them up.

Also, I believe that the different car slots allow a different amount of non-els lights, depending on how many the original (vanilla) model had.
