EFLC Cars not spawning?

I've been normally using the standard GTAIV, but I got EFLC and I've been trying to play TBGT and no cars spawn what-so-ever. I have all the police models modded, ELS7 and LCPDFR 1.0 and the broker station mod and that's it. I do have a trainer, and after I disabled the keys, it says "Invalid car model" anytime I try and spawn a car. No traffic appears too.

 

I'm going to do a fresh install and start again and see if that works. Does anyone else have some suggestions?

    I would say reinstall is your best course of action, since your img file is most likely corrupted. Which software do you use to install cars? 

     

    I use SparkIV. I've never really had an issue before yesterday. I thought it was weird.
