ever since i installed LCPDFR 1.0 the game doesn't even load. I don't know what to do to fix it please help!

Please provide us with more details, most of us can't read minds. 

Try uninstalling LCPDFR and re-installing it using the automatic install (recommended). This worked for me.

Are you running the game as an administrator?  What other mods do you have running? Newest scripthook.net version?

Right click on the director you are running LCPDFR 1.0 in, make sure Read-Only is not ticked.

I have lcpdfr 0.95 tow service, police helper, and els 7 I also took out the modded cars inhad in the game.

Wait, are you running 0.95 and 1.0? Since you, said, quote in the OP:

It says that it's being prevented by Data Exclusion Prevention

ok thanks ill take the stuff out and reinstall 1.0

 

Still says Data Execution Prevention is stopping the game from working. 

I tried the hot fix and gta still wont load after the socialclub sign in i have completely taken LCPDFR 0.95 off of gta and it wont load i have police helper and tow service plus 7 modded vehicles and els. 

 

Does it work without the modded cars?

I take it you have tried it then. Could I see a screenshot of your GTA IV folder?
