LCPDFR 1.0 Crashing after calling for backup in a pursuit and calling for a roadblock. Also can't join other pursuits. Could be ELS V7 related?

I have more of these crashes after a clean re-install of EFLC without any other mods. Only installed EFLC and LCPDFR 1.0

Before I reinstalled EFLC I had modded cars, peds, weapons, ENB, vdh and so on, and got no game-crashes. Only mod-crashes like vdh-tow-truck.

I think a reinstall was senseless :(
