Modded cars for LCPDFR 1.0

Featured Replies

Does anyone know how to get the cars in 1.0 to mod? I had it down to a simple science when playing .95 by using SparkIV. I have tried the same thing but was unsuccessful in getting the default cars to change, has anyone else had this issue or knows how to get this accomplished?

I modded the noose vehicle to my NYS Police vehicle the same way I did in .95 and it works fine. No issues.

Only problem I have is since I put in ELS 7.0 the lightbars on the orignal police cars disappeared and flicker... Thats the only issue I have come accross

LCPDFR has nothing whatsoever to do with car mods. 1.0 vs. 0.95 has no effect. There's something else you're doing wrong.

What cp702 said. Can you explain the exact steps you take when installing the car mods? Also, the lightbar issue: Is the car ELS enabled?

I open SparkIV and route through the menu... pc .... cd images... models... vehicles... and import the car files as I have done in .95 and rebuild... save... close out menu... and save again then go to the game and the default cars are still there. I will try to work in OpenIV and see if I get the same issue. I havent added any mods yet, the cars would be the first since I have been able to play crash free for more than 5 mins. I will be adding ELS 7.0 next but wanted to get the cars situated first.

OPEN IV SUPPORT

I think there might be something wrong with open IV. Try unistalling LCPDFR 1.0, putting in your car models, then try to reinstall Lcpdfr 1.0

ELS SUPPORT

The Same Thing happened to me its the way you've put your ELS in.

Its only a minor mistake cus you must have the scripts or the ELS folder in the scripts.

I dont remember were they do go but its either in the root directory or scripts. i think the ELS folder should be in the main directory and the scripts in the scripts folder.

Simple.

Good Luck  ;)
