LCPDFR Just stoped working...

So I was playing for a bit, then went off patrol, But then whenever I hit LEFT ALT P to go back into the stations to patrol, It just gave me an error message.

Legal copy of the game? Running the game as administrator? ~~Latest patch?~~ What other mods are you using? What operating system are you using (Windows XP is NOT supported)? Make sure that LCPDFR 0.95 is removed (http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/script-data-file-modification-tutorials/how-to-uninstall-lcpdfr-r19).

Running the game as administrator: Go to the GTA IV folder, right click on GTAIV.exe, Properties, Compatibility and select 'Run this program as administrator', do the same exact thing to the LaunchGTAIV.exe.

Yes, this is a legit steam bought copy of GTA 4 running at the latest 1.0.7 patch. I never had 0.95 before. I have the most recent version of GFWL and I will be installing the other downloads you have provided. And I am an administrator as well as the only person who uses this computer. Its Windows 7 also, and using no other mods.

Make sure you actually apply the administrator privileges on the files.

Every thing seems to work great. The only thing is it crashes... Alot. Like every 30 minutes. I dont have any other mods installed...

Also, when you do press LEFT ALT P to go into patrol mode, It turns 'Definition' setting off. Kinda annoying, But a bug I have, I was wondering if you have it too?
