When i try to unzip the archive from Automatic Installer

I get this error message 

 

!   C:UsersJulianDownloadsLCPDFR 1.0 Automatic Install.zip: The archive is either in unknown format or damaged
 
Then If I try to open the .exe withought unziping it I get this: 
 
!   Cannot execute "C:UsersJulianAppDataLocalTempRar$EXa0.038LCPDFR1.0.Installer.exe"
 
I am using Winrar, have a legit copy of GTA 4 and running on the lates GTA 4 version.

    All you have to do is extract the files, then copy all of them into your GTA IV directory, replacing anything it asks.
