Can't install sirens.

Well, i am trying to install a siren, and i use OpenIV, bet when i replace HORNS.ivaudio, it becomes a blank file that cannot be played. I am needing help!

Would it help reinstalling? BTW i use openIV because Spark dont work for me. And resident.rpf is still there.

 

You can try, did you try using a different siren mod (there might be something wrong with the one you have) and what do you mean SparkIV doesn't work? When it says 'Not Responding" you are supposed to wait a couple seconds and not touch the program and if that doesn't work, then reinstall the game.

Don't install sound mods with OpenIV, for some reason it deletes the file type and sets it to a blank file. Install the same siren with SparkIV, and it'll work fine. 

 

Also, if SparkIV isn't working, try exporting the rar contents to your GTA IV folder and running it from there.

Well, for more precise problem with my SparkIV, i can download it, i can install it, but when i run it it says "SparkIV has stopped working". And i run it as Admin.
