I am a user of the siren tool.  I have had to do some changing around but I would like to know if there is a script or one can be made to make cars pull over and or get out of the way with using just the lights or a single button that will cause them to move out of the way when running code 2 (lights only, no siren).  Is this possible or is there already something out there I do not know about?

You can press th devide key (right to NumLock) to only use lights. But you'll need LCPDFR, but i think you have this already.

A trick I saw (haven't tested) is to replace on of the extra sound files (ambulance_2 or something?) with an "empty" file (no sound). The game will play the empty sound and tell the cars to move over.

Yea, I thought about doing that.  I didnt know if there was an option to create or mod already out there that works with ELS and or the siren, almost like an ingame muted siren, forcing the cars to move.

Try Mordecki's Siren Control Tool - the tool has a feature to mute the siren so cars will move out of your way but your siren is muted
