There was a random event I came across where two peds were basically shooting at each other. This was first time, as far as I can remember, that I've come across it and I've only gotten LCPDFR about a month or two ago, so it seem to be an extremely rare event. I would like to know if there is way to modify this and make it happen more frequently? Thanks.

 

P.S. Wasn't sure if this should go in Support forum instead but this isn't an issue per se so probably not.

I don't think you can, I don't have access to the LCPDFR.ini right now. I would poke around in there. 

I don't even think that's a feature of LCPDFR...have you installed vdH Police Helper?

 

Either way, I don't think there's a way to increase the chance. In Police Helper you can change the time between random events, but not the chance of a specific event. The chances of an event happening are based on time and location (possibly other things too).

Are you sure? Because I was pretty sure that was part of LCPDFR. If not: I am dumb and will go and hide somewhere. 

The only random things are the foot and vehicle pursuits in LCPDFR...I think...
