I cannot figure out what the deal is with the Siren toggle.  Default is H.  I changed the mapping for the High Beams for GTA 4 because it annoyed me.  Now whenever I turn on the siren I hear the initial activation "beep" and that's it.  The manual tone and airhorn work, but that's it.  No sound from the toggle.  I've copied a fresh default config file for ELS with no avail.  Any ideas or help would be great.

Wow..... I... feel like an idiot.  This was my F@$#ing problem.  I never put two and two together.....  Welp, I made an idiot of myself on a public forum.  Thank you sir for figuring out my stupidity.

.... and that very instruction is in the Userguide. Just saying :)
