Hey guys I recently downloaded and add the improved cop skins and I am noticing that some of the cops are missing there mid section where the belts are suppose to be... is there a missing file? 

Mid section is the belt (I thinK) some times GTA iv will spawn the ped with out the belt 

I believe with this pack there are pants that match specifically with other shirts. Try changing your shirt/pants with the trainer. This should fix it.

It is because the cops lower torso model is spawned as if the raincoat is being used on the upper torso. Just do some jigging with an SNT and that will fix it. It's perfectly normal.

Check the comments on the file or see if there's a forum thread for the mod; someone will most likely have posted something about a pedvariations fix for it.

You should read some older threads regarding this issue, I believe it has something to to with you messing with pedVariations.dat
