How do I change where cars spawn as im working on making Alderney the only island on GTA IV for just crazy reasons.... So I have changed the paths but cars are still going on the paths from what I saw... Removed the islands execpt Alderney... And I have edited popcycle.dat. Now what else?

I believe you need to alter the cargrp.dat file.  Take a look in that and remember before anything. . . always make backups.

Tried but still spawns cars where path aren't even existent.
