if im correct any garages in muiltlpayer are also available in single player 

AFAIK, they are two seperate games. I have not found a way to use the Online garages in Singleplayer. Feel free to correct me because I would like to use 'em too.

online car garages   Can Not   be use in single player  Only in multiplayer      also  the buildings that have those garages are  not  accessible  in single player

There's 1 special garage per character, each one can hold only 4 cars. They're shown on the map after you complete a few missions. Then, you have the character's safehouse that can hold 2.

Those are the only garages you can get. Rockstar seemed to rush SP without finishing some of the finer details.

Please don't do that. It seems very immature when people will shout things like "retarded" or "gay" at something someone said or did.

 

As for the garages, I really do think Rockstar aimed more towards Online when they made this game (as said by other people as well), in attempt to get people to buy the online cash so Rockstar can make more money. I, honestly, was kind of disappointed when I couldn't buy my own house or huge garage in single player, because I was expecting to be able to after watching the trailers for the game.

Actually if you're pretty skilled, you can fit two cruisers and a police bike in there :D

Haha well yes I suppose you could fit three vehicles if you really tried. The most I've done volume-wise is a firetruck and an FIB Granger in Michael's garage.

Don't want to go too off-topic, but the top of the firetruck will fit through the garage door just fine, but it will scrape on the top. The bumper sometimes clips through the garage door but the game still saves it and the door still closes. It doesn't fit in Franklin's garage, however.

Although Single Player lacks a lot of garages, you can still use the garages you have to hold your essential vehicles, especially if you get creative.

Once you complete the game or get close to the end and if you use Trevor he has the ablilty to store 8 cars, 4 at his garage and 4 at his new safehouse in the city. (I won't say where just in case it would spoil it for someone). Plus his garage is very close to his new safehouse so its a close drive to get from the safehouse to garage. That is one thing I don't like about Franklin is its so far of a drive to get from his mansion to the garage.
