I have had this flashing Whelen Liberty on my desktop for months now, and I have no idea how to put it in my signature (derp) anyone care to explain how I can do this?

Upload the .gif image to a site like imgur and then use the img BBCode to enter it into your signature.

Just copy the image URL and paste it as an

Click on your profile, then click edit profile, then click on the signature tab, then paste in:

I simply copy and pasted the one I have into the signature bit
