What are your computer specs? Is it a legal copy of the game? Are you running the game as administrator? Are you using the Simple native trainer? Do you have the latest patch? What mods are you using? List them please. Did you save with mods running? Last but definitely not least, did you read the readme?

It's most likely your 1gb RAM doing it.. Try cutting down on your scripts and car mods.. With RAM like that you probably only can use Non-ELS cars.
