I can't belive it , no cars ?? no peds?? OMG WHAT IS WRONG.... Can somebody help me I don't want to reinstall all !!

What are your computer specs? Is it a legal copy of the game? Are you running the game as administrator? Are you using the Simple native trainer and accidently disabled peds and traffic? Are you using traffic flow? (>www.lcpdfr.com/files/file/13-traffic-flow/)? Do you have the latest patch? What mods are you using? List them please. Is this error occuring immediately on launch?

I was playing the game before 3 hours it was good .... my pc specs are:

Processor: AMD a4-5300 APU

Graphics: Radeon HD 3.40 GHz

RAM: 4GB

 

 

My GTA is legal .

I am running as admin..

I use Trainer but it shows that the cars and peds are ENABLED.

I don't use traffic flow..

My patch is 1.0.0.7

my mods ENB, ELS, LCPDFR Indicator script ..

This happens to me for first time now and i have played good then I have exit the game and now I wanted to play and there is no traffic only parked cars , no peds..

LOOK AT PIC 1 IN THE DISTANCE YOU SEE CARS BUT THEY DISSAPEAR !!!
Can you help me ?? 


I get no error the game loads just fine !!Oh you mean the empty map , YES!!

I understand but my Spark And OPENIV are closed , this happend while spark and open were closed

If you read the answer he posted, you would not have to ask this. He have not touched those settings.

I have recent installed Indicator script

Can you try to start the game without that mod? It's a long shot, but it may work.

I agree with ineseri, try using TrafficFlow first before doing anything like reinstalling your game. However if the problem persists and you are certain that peds and cars AREN'T disabled in your native trainer then you may have to reinstall the game. Also, if you have any GTA IV editting tools open when you run the game, you can also try to close those then run it just in case those programs are the source of your problem.
