Can someone assist me in getting my Xbox controller to work with LCPDFR? I have the USB cord, but do I need to download software?

You just need to plug the cord in and Windows Update should automatically find the necessary drivers. 

you dont need nothing all you have to do is buy a wire xbox 360 controller as to bee original xbox controller plug it in and you pc should recognised it wit no problem

I plugged the controller in, it says it was recognizing the controller, but it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Does it not work ingame? Are you sure the drivers were installed? 

Take it back, My 360 for Windows controller was plug and play, I just had to plug it in and after 45 seconds it works fine in game

I take that back, I haven't tried it in game, but it won't work on the main page where you can adjust controller settings. I'll try it again and let you know.
