Overclocked my Graphics Card!

Featured Replies

Well then, I overclocked my Nvidia GT 610 Graphics card! That graphics card, Is possibly one of the worst for gaming. With this overclock, i run my GTA:IV at 30-40 FPS with iCEnhancer running. If you need help in Overclocking your Graphics card, PM me or write a comment!

OK, what do i need??

Ok, So download "Catalyst Control Center" (Type it on google and download it.)

Then, When you've downloaded it, Go on the tab saying "Performance" Then, AMD Overdrive.

Use this overclock setup for good gaming.

Core Clock:700

Memory Clock:550

Try that out ^. As i said, I don't have a ATi Card. But that should work.

Oh and why don't you press that green arrow for me if it worked :) It would mean a lot.

Isn't overclocking a risky move to do? I thought that Lefty643 on youtube mention in one of his That's Not Why You Called podcasts that you could destroy your Graphics card if you try to overclock it.

It's a risky move, yes. But if done correctly, it will increase the performance of the card. Doing it to much however, will damage the card beyond repair.

1.Re-install your GTA

2.If this won't help re-Install graphic card driver

3.If this won't help re-install your system

4.If this won't help - YOU HAVE F****D UP YOUR GRAPHIC CARD!

Just an old chap, driving a Ford's MPV...
