Well, I've had no problems with ICenhancer whilst using 1.0.7.0. Now this might be an issue for you because you need ICehancer 2.0+ I believe for newer patches.

Ok, So download "Catalyst Control Center" (Type it on google and download it.) Then, When you've downloaded it, Go on the tab saying "Performance" Then, AMD Overdrive. Use this overclock setup for good gaming. Core Clock:700 Memory Clock:550 Try that out ^. As i said, I don't have a ATi Card. But that should work. Oh and why don't you press that green arrow for me if it worked :) It would mean a lot.

Well, I have no dreamcast but you should look at Headhunter. It seems like a pretty decent Open-World game.

Do you have WiFi at your home? If you do, do what I did and buy a WiFi adapter from eBay from around 5-6 Pounds. (Its probably going to be around the same price in different countries.)

Well then, I overclocked my Nvidia GT 610 Graphics card! That graphics card, Is possibly one of the worst for gaming. With this overclock, i run my GTA:IV at 30-40 FPS with iCEnhancer running. If you need help in Overclocking your Graphics card, PM me or write a comment!

Well, If you have a Nvidia graphics card that's low end like mine, You probably want to get that extra FPS and play Gta IV smoothly. Well, Your in luck. Because im going to teach you how to overclock your card, Safely. The first thing you do, is download the latest drivers for your Nvidia. Use http://nvidia.com and navigate to the drivers section. Step two, the overclocking tool i recommend is the MSI Afterburner. It is a free software and you can download it here: http://event.msi.com/vga/afterburner/download.htm Step three, After you have downloaded the driver updates and MSI Afterburner, Its time for you too start Overclocking! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- How to overclock with MSI Afterburner: Note: This added 12 more FPS to my Gta IV, I use a Nvidia Geforce Gt610. Firstly, I recommend only changing the Core Clock, And the Memory Clock. If you don't know what your doing don't touch the rest. Move the Core Clock to the right, Dragging it around 5-15 Mhz a time. Don't just go to the max and apply it, That can cause over heating problems and causing your Graphics card to fry. The Memory Clock however, Cannot go to the same frequency as the Core Clock. The memory core will stay at 596 Mhz in my case, And the Core Clock will go up to around 950-1000 Mhz frequency. Choose the setting where you think it will be just right for you. As i said, I gained 12-13 Average FPS in the Gta IV benchmark. if anything happens to your PC or Laptop, Its not my fault. But, It should all be fine if you follow the steps above. Possibly try running the game as administrator, That sometimes does the trick.

Seeing your specs, What graphic levels do you play at? Can you write them all of them down? Eg, Texture Quality, Reflections, Etc.

Yep. Although I actually run GTA 4 at all medium specs. But obviously having to use command lines.

Yep That graphics card is acctually pretty poor. But as you said, The rest is pretty nice.
