When trashmaster is spawned on traffic, we can see two peds dangling(?) behind the vehicle.

So I thought that using the animation of trashmaster's peds and some script works will make noose dispatch(nstockade, polpatriot) looks like gta v's.

or something like this:

 

 

I don't know about scripting, so I don't know if this is possible.

If so, could someone make this please?

Yea, It would be cool to have that on GTA IV, it will make the role-plays more realistic, there are people that can make an script up for people to use. I'm not an Programmer so I can't do it

They don't even need to shoot. Like Empire said, it'd make roleplay more realistic. What I think he was referring to was in terms of multiplayer roleplay.

Then I think this animation will do. On the mission "Taking The Trash", they do shoot the guns.
