well it all happened after i updated open IV. and installed cars.  i went to load the game got to the GTA logo and it stopped responding. where do i find this  diagnostics report log dump?

 

I have also re install the game and that did not fix the problem.

Have the latest patch (1.0.7.0)?

Make sure you rebuilt the archives that they are in. Also, make sure that you don't have a dodgy handling line. You may also have other conflicting mods, what else do you currently have installed other than the cars (if anything)?
